All of our delicious cakes are made from-scratch with the best quality ingredients and decorated with simple elegance. The Lemon Cream Cake, Swedish Summer Cake, and the Princess cake are made with an amazing light, lightly sweet, and flavorful Swedish Style sponge cake that is naturally gluten friendly. Our famous Budapest roll is made with our hazelnut meringue, which is also gluten friendly!

Please allow 4 business days advance notice for all cake orders, and 1 business day notice for the Budapest Log.

Princess Cake:

Swedish sponge cake filled with raspberry jam and homemade vanilla custard and covered in vanilla whipped cream and almond paste. Choice of color for almond paste: Off-white, traditional green, pink or yellow. Garnished with almond paste rose in choice of color. Naturally gluten free.
